Fir essential oil Farmakom, 10 ml

Mulberry essential oil has an intense, fresh, cool, resinous and coniferous scent. Mulberry essential oil is known in aromatherapy as a strengthening essential oil, particularly suitable for use during the cold season. It is also an indispensable companion for sauna rituals to stimulate sweating and purify the body and to energise the body.

Ingredients:Silver fir(Sibirica) conifer oil

Aromatic baths: the temperature of the water in the bath must be between 35 and 38°C. Add a few drops to the bath. The optimum duration of this treatment is 10-15 minutes.

Steam bath: add a few drops of essential oil to a bucket of water. Pour it into the hot stones.

Massage: put 10 drops of base oil or cream on your palm. Add the required amount of essential oil. Rub the mixture between the palms and massage.

Conifer oil: oil burners: 3-5 drops per 15 sq. m.; baths: 3-5 drops, saunas: 10 drops per 15 sq. m.; massage: 10 drops

Warnings: do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.

Storage conditions: store in closed bottles, protected from direct sunlight, out of the reach of children, at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.
