Knotgrass is the smallest plant in the buckwheat family. The grass, which is harvested during flowering, is rich in biologically active compounds such as vitamins C and E, carotene, carbohydrates, mineral salts and essential oils.
Knotgrass herb can help support upper respiratory tract function.
Ingredients: 100 % dried knotsgrass (Polygonum aviculare).
Use: infusion: pour 300 ml of boiling water over a tablespoon of the herb and leave to steep for about 20 minutes. Drink a cup of the infusion 3 times a day.
