Net content: 50 g
Preparation: 1 tablespoon (5 g) pour 200 ml boiling water over 1 tablespoon (5 g), heat in a water bath for 15 minutes. Cool, scoop out, fill up to 200 ml with boiled water, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
