Ingredients: crushed dewberry leaves (Rubus caesius) 100%.
Preparation: 1 tablespoon (3-3,5 g) pour 200 ml boiling water over 1 tablespoon (3-3,5 g), boil for 2-3 hours, scoop out and take half a glass 3-4 times a day 20 minutes before meals.
