Ingredients: crushed valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root (25 %), crushed oregano (Origanum vulgare) (25 %), crushed thyme (Thymus) (25 %), crushed common motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) (20 %),

Net content: 50 g

Preparation: 1 tablespoon (4 g) pour 200 ml boiling water over 1 tablespoon (4 g), heat in a bath for 15 minutes, roll out, fill with boiled water to 200 ml. Take 1/2 (100 ml) glass 2-3 times a day.

Storage: Store in a dry, dark place at +5 °C to +25 °C. Keep the infusion in a cool place for up to 2 days.
