Melissa, also known by its scientific name Melissa officinalis, is a perennial plant of the mint family. It is native to Europe, North Africa and Western Asia, but has been widely cultivated in various regions of the world for its culinary, medicinal and aromatic properties.

Ingredients: 100 % lemon balm leaves cut (Melissa officinalis folium).

This product may contain traces of cereals containing gluten, celery, mustard, sesame, peanuts and other types of nuts.

Preparation: pour 1.5 teaspoons of leaves with boiling water and cover for about 10 minutes.

Store in a dry, dark room with a humidity of up to 75 %, at a temperature of no more than +25 °C.
