Fibrous boswellia helps maintain joint flexibility and joint function. Vitamin C helps to maintain normal collagen formation, which is required for normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin, teeth, and normal immune system function.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Ingredients: collagen peptides, gelatin, sorbitol filler, L-ascorbic acid, Boswellia serrata extract (containing 90% boswellic acid), magnesium salts of fatty acids as adhesive, collagen type I, collagen type II, titanium dioxide colour.

1 capsule contains (NRV*, %): 100 mg of collagen peptides, 40 mg (50 %) of vitamin C, 25 mg of Boswellia serrata extract (containing 90 % boswellic acid), 20 mg of type I collagen, 200 μg of type II collagen.

Suggested Use: Adults are recommended to take 1 capsule 1 time a day after meals with sufficient water.

Warnings: the supplement is not recommended for children under 15 years of age. May cause diarrhoea if taken in large quantities. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a food substitute.
