Pea extract + silicon + biotin, beta-carotene, zinc, folic acid, B1, B2, B6, B12, B3, B5, C, A, Vitamin A, E, niacin. Vitamin B2 helps maintain normal mucous membranes, skin. Vitamin C helps to maintain the normal formation of collagen, which is necessary for normal skin function, and helps protect cells from oxidative damage. Zinc helps to maintain normal vitamin A metabolism and normal hair, nails and skin. Foliates, vitamin B12 help to reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue. Biotin helps maintain normal hair, mucous membranes, skin.

Ingredients: sorbitol filler, vitamin blend (L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid. D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), extract of Equisetum arvense ( containing 7 % silicon), zinc citrate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, beta-carotene, glucose regulator.

1 tablet contains (NRV*, %): 2 mg beta-carotene (equivalent to 333,3 pg (42 %) of vitamin A), 1,4 mg (100 %) of vitamin B2, 1,4 mg (100 %) of vitamin B6, 1,1 mg (100 %) of vitamin B1, 200 pg (100 %) of folic acid, 50 pg (100 %) of biotin and 2,5 ug (100 %) of vitamin B12.

Suggested Use: adults are recommended to take 1 tablet 1 time daily after meals with sufficient water. May cause diarrhoea if taken in large quantities. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The dietary supplement should not be taken as a food substitute.
