Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is seen when 1 mg of melatonin is taken before going to bed.

Ingredients: Cellulose filler, lactose monohydrate, modified wheat starch, melatonin, magnesium salts of fatty acids, magnesium salts of magnesium salts of fatty aciduride, talc as adhesive, silica as adhesive regulator.

Directions for use: 1 tablet per day for adults. Take 1 Melatonin per 1 day, 1 to 2 hours before bedtime, with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not administer to children under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
