Suggested Use and Dosage: Adults take 2-4 capsules 2 times a day with meals. Duration of use 1-2 months. Do not exceed the recommended dose (8 capsules). The dietary supplement should not be taken as a meal replacement. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. It is not recommended for use in case of intolerance to one of the ingredients.
