Ingredients: 100% powdered seeds of the True Marigold (Silybum marianum semen pulvis).

Suggested Use: Adults take 1 teaspoon (2 g) 1 time a day. Not for use by children under 14 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or if intolerant to one of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not to be used as a food substitute.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry, dark room with a humidity of up to 75 %, at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C.
