Chios Mastic is the sap of the Mastic tree, which grows only on the island of Chios in the Aegean Sea.
Active ingredient: natural Chios Mastiha resin (Pistacia Lentiscus var. Chia) and inulin powder. Inulin is a natural soluble fibre derived from chicory roots belonging to the polysaccharides.It helps the digestive system to work more efficiently and contributes to the probiotics (bifidus) necessary to maintain the balance of the intestinal flora, which is vital for digestive health. Inulin improves normal intestinal function.
Ingredients: Mastic pistachio (Pistacia lentiscus var.chia) tree resin 60%, inulin, viscosity-regulating substance silicon dioxide.

Suggested Use: Take half a teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g) daily 30 minutes before meals, stirring the powder in a glass of water, juice or yoghurt.
