Nettle roots (Urtica dioica) are a part of the plant whose uses and applications have been known since ancient times. May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, celery, mustard, sesame, peanuts, and other nuts.
Preparation: Pour one teaspoon of nettle root with a cup of boiling water, cover, and let it steep for about 15-20 minutes. Drink 2-4 times a day or use for rinsing hair and skin.
Storage: Store in a dry, dark place with a humidity level of up to 75% and at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C.
