Thiamine, vitamins B6, B12 help to maintain normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function and normal psychological function. Thiamine helps to maintain normal heart function. Vitamins B6, B12 help to maintain normal red blood cell formation, normal immune function, and help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 helps to regulate hormone activity. Vitamin B12 plays a role in cell division.

Ingredients: L-glycine, maltodextrin, sweetener sorbitol, modified starch (wheat), thiamine hydrochloride, adhesive, magnesium salts of fatty acids, mango flavouring, pyridoxine hydrochloride, adhesive, silicon dioxide, sweetener sucralose, cyanocobalamin.

2 tablets contain (NRV*, %): 500 mg L-glycine, 5 mg (455 %) vitamin B1, 4 mg (286 %) vitamin B6, 20 µg (800 %) vitamin B12.

Suggested Use: 1 tablet 2 times a day is recommended. Keep the tablet in the mouth until completely dissolved.

Warnings: may cause diarrhoea if taken in large quantities. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a food substitute.
