Ingredients: standardised valerian extract, cellulose filler, standardised hops extract, modified wheat starch, magnesium salts of fatty acids, adhesive, silicon dioxide, lavender essential oil.

1 tablet contains: 150 mg standardised medicinal valerian extract, 60 mg standardised hop extract, 2 mg lavender essential oil.

Suggested use: 1-2 tablets per day are recommended for adults.
