Each softgel contains an optimised amount of 180 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 120 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). These fatty acids are derived from the highest quality fish oil, which is extracted from small, oily anchovies to ensure purity and quality.

EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function.

DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision. Beneficial effects are seen with 250 mg of DHA per day.
