Ingredients: Orange (Citrus Aurantium) essential oil.
How to use essential oils:
Inhalation: add a mixture of essential oils to a bowl. Place a towel on the head and shoulders and place the head over the intestines, inhale slowly and deeply, repeat 2-3 times.
Aromatherapy is the easiest way to use essential oils in your home. You can use an oil burner to create a pleasant atmosphere in any room. First, add some warm water to a bowl and add a few drops of essential oil.
To rinse: add the required amount of essential oil to a glass of boiled water. Rinse several times a day.
Compresses: pour 200 ml of water previously warmed to the required temperature into a bowl and add the required amount of oil. Soak a towel in this mixture and hold it against the skin for 5-10 minutes.

Facialmasks: Place 10 g of the appropriate base oil in a small airtight container, add the essential oils as needed and follow the dosage carefully. Stir thoroughly and the enriched oil is ready to use.
Aromatic baths: the temperature of the water in the bath must be between 35 and 38°C. You can dissolve the required essential oil in 100 ml of milk or 1 tablespoon of honey beforehand, for an optimum duration of 10-15 minutes.
Steam bath: add a few drops of essential oil to a bucket of water. Pour a few drops of essential oil into the hot stones.
Massage: put 10 drops of base oil or cream on the palm of your hand. Add the required amount of essential oil. Rub the mixture between the palms and massage.
Orange oil: oil burners: 3-5 drops per 15 square metres; baths: 3-5 drops, saunas: 10 drops per 15 square metres; massage: 15-20 drops per 100 ml base oil.
Warnings: do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
Storage conditions: store in closed bottles, protected from direct sunlight, out of the reach of children, at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.
