Comfrey roots have been used in traditional medicine for centuries due to their unique properties. This plant was highly valued in ancient Greece and Rome, where it was utilized by physicians for treating bones and wounds, earning the name “bone-healing herb”. Comfrey was especially popular in European folk medicine.
Ingredients: 100% Comfrey roots (Symphytum officinale – radix).
Warnings: May contain traces of milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish, or other allergens. Not recommended for individuals sensitive to tea ingredients.
Usage: Pour one tablespoon of roots into half a liter of water, simmer for about 2-3 minutes, and set aside. Once cooled, the infusion can be used as compresses.
Storage conditions: Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of children.
