Ivan-tea, also known as Ivan Chai or Russian tea, is a herbal tea made from the leaves of the fireweed plant. It is commonly consumed hot or cold and can be enjoyed on its own or blended with other herbs or flavors for added variety.

Preparation: 1 teaspoonful in 200 ml of water at +80-90 °C and steep for 10-15 minutes. The same tea can be infused up to 5 times.
