Triphala consists only of plant components according to Ayurvedic scriptures and is made according to Ayurvedic guidelines.
In Ayurveda, triphala is used to improve appetite and digestion. Triphala literally means "three plants." It is a pure mixture of plants without any chemicals.
Triphala improves the absorption of various minerals and has a positive effect on skin, hair, nails and teeth.
Ingredients: fruit of the gooseberry leaf* (Phyllanthus embllica), fruit of the carpathian spurge* (Terminalia belerica), fruit of the hairy spurge* (Terminalia chebula).

5 g of powder: Contains 1,67 g of Phyllanthus embllica, 1,67 g of Terminalia belerica, 1,67 g of Terminalia chebula.
Contains no flavourings, colourings, sugar, sweeteners, lactose, soya, gluten, wheat, yeast, preservatives, gelatine and soda.
Use: 1 (5 g) tablespoon (scoop) 2 times a day with a glass of liquid before meals. It can also be added to oatmeal, smoothies or yoghurt.
Warnings: individual intolerance to ingredients, open sores, chronic gastritis. Consult an Ayurvedic practitioner before use. Despite its harmlessness, use with caution during pregnancy, better still avoid.
