The white plantain is a plant native to the Mediterranean, Asia and North Africa.
Use: Mix 7 g (1 full scoop) in 200 ml of water. Wait 5-10 minutes. Take 1-2 times a day, depending on your needs. It is recommended to drink about 2 litres of water per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
