1. This Privacy Policy governs the basic principles and procedures for collecting, processing and storing personal data of the DIVARI Online Shop (here in after referred to as "www.divari.lt") and the customer of www.divari.lt (hereinafter referred to as "you").
2. The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
3. By submitting your personal data in the e-shop, you agree that www.divari.lt will manage and process it for the purposes, means and in the manner provided for in this Privacy Policy and in the legislation.
4. We undertake to sell goods to natural persons who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only purchase with the consent of your parent or guardian.

1. www.divari.lt has the right to modify the Privacy Policy, in part or in full, by notifying you in the e-shop. Continued use of our website services implies compliance with these rules. All disagreements and disputes arising shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
