Use and dosage: for children aged 3 years and over, 2 gummies per day with or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Should not be used as a food substitute. May cause diarrhoea if consumed in large quantities. It is important to follow a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. May contain traces of milk, soya, egg, pistachios and nuts . Contains colouring agents and may cause discolouration of the gum. The change in colour of the gum does not affect the quality of the product.
