1 capsule contains: 500 mg of Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) mushroom extract powder (7:1) (equivalent to 3500 mg of dried Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) mushrooms).

Suggested use: 1 capsule per day is recommended for adults.Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be taken as a food substitute.

Store in a dry, cool place, at a temperature of not more than +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
