Which goods can I return?

The buyer is not entitled to return the following goods:

  • Quality food products, including food supplements;
  • Goods of good quality which have been used by the Buyer, damaged, broken or otherwise rendered unusable by the Buyer, as well as goods which are not complete (e.g. specific parts of the goods have been lost, there are no instructions for use, etc.);
  • other goods which the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable law.

The Goods shall be deemed to be of good quality if the expiry date of the Goods has not expired, the Goods do not contain any ingredients prohibited by law, the consistency of the Goods or any other essential characteristics of the Goods have not been altered due to improper storage conditions prior to the transfer of the Goods to the Buyer, the Goods have not been damaged mechanically, the packaging is not damaged or there are no other defects of the Goods.

In order to exercise the right to return the goods, the Buyer must notify the Buyer of the withdrawal from the contract of sale in accordance with the rules of the Online Shop and the applicable legislation:

  • inform the Seller of the withdrawal no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, at the Buyer's email address info@divari.lt by filling in the withdrawal form;
  • no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the Seller's notification of withdrawal, as provided for in the Online Shop Rules hand over the goods to the Seller in accordance with point 7.3.1. the Online Shop Rules in the manner provided for in Clause 7.7.

Quality goods returned or exchanged must be in good condition, must not be damaged, must not have lost their merchantable appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.) and must not have been used. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received by the Buyer. If the Goods are not complete, damaged, faulty or not properly packed, the Seller shall have the right not to accept the Goods, not to replace them and not to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the Goods.

Where can I return the goods?

  • If you have collected the goods from a post office or the goods have been delivered to you by courier, they can be returned by courier to Parko g. 43-41, Panevėžys, LT-37302.
  • Returns cannot be sent via a post office

How do I return goods?

When returning goods purchased at www.divari.lt, you will be asked to fill in a cancellation form and inform us by e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest info@divari.lt When completing the cancellation request, please indicate the reason for the return.

After confirmation of the request, please return the goods to Parko g. 43-41, Panevėžys, LT-37302, Lithuania within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest.

How will the refund be processed?

  • The amount paid for the goods will be refunded within 10 days from the date of return to the bank account specified by the customer.
  • If the goods were paid for via e-banking or bank transfer, the amount paid for the goods will be refunded to the payer's bank account within 10 days from the date of return.
