Contains provitamin A (beta-carotene), which is a natural antioxidant that helps boost immunity, as well as vitamins C, E and K.
Vitamin C helps to maintain the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative damage. Vitamin K helps to maintain normal blood clotting and normal bones. The oil also contains flavonoids, macro- and micro-nutrients such as zinc, iron, potassium and calcium.

Directions for use: for adults and children over 14 years of age, one teaspoon (5 ml) 2-3 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be taken as a meal replacement. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
