Sea buckthorn oil is a natural oil obtained from the berries of the sea buckthorn plant (Hippophae rhamnoides), which is native to Europe and Asia. Ingredients: unrefined, cold-pressed oil (100 %) of sea buckthorn (Oleum Hippophae) fruit.

Directions for use: adults and children over 14 years of age, one teaspoon (5 ml) 2-3 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep refrigerated once opened.

The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place out of the reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature between +8 ºC and +25 ºC. Refrigerate after opening.
