Description
Siberian pine essential oil is extracted from the cones of mountain pine trees and is the scent of fresh resin. Siberian pine essential oil is used as a fragrance in aromatherapy.
Ingredients: Siberian pine (Pinus sibirica) essential oil
Uses:
Aromatic lamp: add 2-6 tablespoons of warm water to an aromatic lamp, add a few drops of essential oil, and place a burning candle (a tablet made of alcohol and paraben) in the bottom of the lamp.
Aromatic bath: add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (sea salt, honey), dissolve in 0.5 litres of warm water and add to a bath filled with water. Duration: 10-20 minutes.
Place 2-3 drops of essential oil on a natural fabric and place next to the bed.
Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to an aromatic pendant or locket.
Massage: to enhance the effect of the massage, add 3-7 drops of essential oil to 10-15 ml of a dessert or tablespoon of massage cream or fatty oil.
Baths and saunas: you can prepare this aromatic solution: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 1-2 tablespoons of honey (or sea salt) and dilute the mixture in 500 ml of water. In saunas, you can use 1-1,5 l of the aromatic essential oil to wet wooden floors, brooms and the surface of stoves. In saunas, place a 200-300 ml container of aromatic essential oil on the stove in the steam room, and also use it to spray benches and walls. Duration of treatment: 3-20 minutes (increase gradually).
You can also use this aromatic essential oil to complement the composition of cosmetic products: add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of a cosmetic product (cream, gel, shampoo, balm, toner), mix and use according to the instructions for use of this cosmetic product.
Attention: do not take internally!
Contraindications: individual intolerance to the ingredients.
Storage conditions: store in a tightly sealed bottle at an ambient temperature of not more than +25 C, out of the reach of children. Keep out of contact with sunlight
