Pine nut meal is a natural dietary product rich in complete protein.

It is recommended to include pine nut meal in the diet:

Ways to use cedar flour:

Cedar nut flour can be added to milk porridge, fruit puree, kefir, yoghurt. Recommended use: for children up to 3 years of age, 1-2 teaspoons. Recommended recommended use: 1-2 teaspoons of nutmeg per day, 1-2 servings per day. For children aged 3 to 12 years, 1-2 tbsp. For adults, 3-4 tsp.

Cedar milk:

Place 1-2 tablespoons of cedar flour in a deep bowl and add a little warm water or milk. Stir until creamy. Stirring continuously, add the water a little at a time and stir until desired consistency. Add a spoonful of honey to taste.

Pancakes with cedar flour:

Knead the dough according to the classic recipe, adding wheat flour and cedar flour in a 1:1 ratio. Do not add sugar, which is essential, otherwise the pancakes will become soggy. Bake the pancakes in a frying pan as you would a normal pancake.

Face mask:

Put 3 tablespoons of cedar flour in a deep bowl, stirring, add the kefir and make it the consistency of thick cream. Apply an even layer to a clean face and wash off with warm water after an hour.
