Ingredients: real ginger (Zingiber officinale) root powder, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), real ginger (Zingiber officinale) root dry extract, L-glycine, gelatin, real lemon tree (Citrus limon) fruit juice, lactose, tackifier substance: calcium salts of fatty acids, adhesion-regulating substance: talc.

1 capsule / 8 capsules contains: 200 mg / 1600 mg of real ginger (Zingiber officinale) root powder, 50 mg / 400 mg of real ginger (Zingiber officinale) root dry extract, 150 mg / 1200 mg of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), 50 mg / 400 mg of L-glycine.

Usage: children 6-11 years old are recommended to take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day. For children and adults older than 12 years, it is recommended to take 2 capsules 1-4 times a day.

Warnings: lactating and pregnant women should consult a doctor before taking the food supplement. Do not use if you have a hypersensitivity reaction to any of the product's ingredients.

Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose.
