Ingredients: L-tryptophan , gelatine (capsule shell), calcium phosphate as adhesive, (Valeriana officinalis) dry extract, (Hypericum perforatum) dry extract, magnesium salts of fatty acids as adhesive, glycerol as humectant.

1 capsule contains: 200 mg L-tryptophan, 50 mg dry extract of Valeriana officinalis, 50 mg dry extract of Hypericum perforatum.

Suggested use: is recommended for adults to take 1 capsule per day.

Warnings: the supplement is not recommended for children under 14 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The dietary supplement should not be taken as a food substitute.
