Melatonin helps to reduce the subjective sensation of time zone difference. The beneficial effects are seen when consumed at least 0,5 mg before going to bed on the first day of the journey and for several days after arriving at the destination. Helps to reduce the length of time needed to fall asleep. Positive effects are observed with 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Ingredients: cellulose filler, magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin.

Suggested Use: It is recommended to take half a tablet a day, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be taken as a meal replacement. It is not recommended for use by persons under 18 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women. As it contains melatonin, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before taking it together with medicines.

Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C in a dry, dark place out of the reach of children.
