The main beneficial property of Jerusalem artichoke is that it contains substances from which insulin is produced!

100% natural!

You can find in Jerusalem artichoke roots: inulin, proteins, mineral salts, trace elements, vitamins C and B, amino acids.

This product contains more than fifteen percent inulin.

Inulin that enters the stomach enters the blood only after being broken down into fructose.

Ingredients: Jerusalem artichoke powder (Helianthus tuberosus; Topinambur) (100%).

Nutritional value per 100 g: Energy value 1549 kJ / 370 kCal
Fats 0,7 g
Carbohydrates 85 g
Proteins 7,0 g

Usage: drink 1 teaspoon with a meal once or twice a day. It can be added to yogurt, kefir, porridge and baked goods. We recommend not using metal cookware in order to preserve all the benefits of the product.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the product components.

Storage conditions: store in a dry place at a temperature between +15 ºC and +30 ºC, out of the reach of children.
