Suggested use: the dietary supplement is recommended as a source of vitamin C. It is recommended to take 1 tablet 2 times a day for children aged 4 to 10 years, 1 tablet 3 times a day for children aged 11 to 14 years and 2-4 tablets a day for adults. Take after meals, by chewing the tablets.

The dietary supplement should not be used as a food substitute. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Storage conditions: store at room temperature, in a dry, dark place out of the reach of children.
