Taurine, extracts of Chinese ginseng, guarana paullinia, caffeine, gluconolactone, magnesium, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin. Biotin, magnesium, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B2, B1, B12, B6, C help maintain normal energy metabolism. Chinese ginseng helps to maintain normal physical and mental/mental well-being. Pantothenic acid helps to maintain normal mental activity.

Suggested Use: Adults are recommended to take the contents of 1 sachet (2 g powder) 1 time per day. The powder should be placed in the mouth, allowed to dissolve and then swallowed. May cause diarrhoea if taken in large quantities. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
