Ingredients: Emulsifier polysorbate 80, medium chain triglycerides, glazing agent hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, thickener mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, emulsifier polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, Perluxan® (extract of Humulus lupulus cones (containing 80 % alpha acids)), dry extract of Harpagophytum procumbens roots, elderberry, apple and currant concentrate, antioxidant tocopherol concentrate extract, cholecalciferol.

Suggested use: 1-2 SelfCaps™ capsules per day are recommended for adults. Consumption in large quantities may cause diarrhoea. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The dietary supplement should not be taken as a meal replacement.
