Flaxseed oil is most valued for its polyunsaturated fatty acids, and is rich in a variety of vitamins, pro-vitamin A, phospholipids, phytosterols, natural antioxidants, minerals and enzymes.

Ingredients: linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.), gelatin, glycerol.

Suggested Use: Adults and children over 14 years of age take 4 capsules 2 times a day with meals. Duration of use 1-2 months.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be taken as a food substitute.

Store at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C in a dry, dark place out of the reach of children.
