Triphala is a unique blend of fruit extracts from three plants: myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), fodder tree (Terminalia belerica) and indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis). Triphala stimulates the gastrointestinal tract and helps fight constipation.

Ingredients: extract of the fruit of the hairy vetch, extract of the fruit of the carpathian vetch, extract of the fruit of the Indian leaf, gelatine, cellulose, cellulose adhesive, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

1 capsule contains: 150 mg of myrobalan (Terminalia chebula) fruit extract (equivalent to 600 mg of powder), 150 mg of fodder tree (Terminalia belerica) fruit extract (equivalent to 600 mg of powder), 150 mg of indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis) fruit extract (equivalent to 600 mg of powder).

Suggested use: 1 capsule 2 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The dietary supplement should not be taken as a food substitute.
