Papaya, a palm-like tree native to Central America, is currently cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas for its valuable fruit and leaves. It can be used to make an infusion for drinking, but it is also an excellent addition to muesli, yoghurt or smoothies.

Ingredients: 100% papaya leaves (Carica papaya).
Use: Place 1 heaped teaspoon of the herb in a glass, cover with hot water, steep for 15 minutes, strain and drink.

Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
