It is a species of lichen-forming ascetic fungus (lichen). It is found on all continents of the northern hemisphere and is a protected plant in Poland. Its favourite habitats are tree trunks and stony substrates.
Ingredients: 100 % dried Iceland lichen(Cetraria islandica).
Use: infusion: 2-3 teaspoons of lichen in 1,5 glasses of boiling water, set aside for 30 minutes and strain. Drink 50 ml 4-6 times a day.
Warnings: the product may contain traces of milk (including lactose), soya beans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish. Do not administer to persons sensitive to the constituents of tea.
