Ingredients: crushed Yarrow (Achillea) herb 100%.
Net content: 50 g
Preparation: 2 tablespoons (10 g) pour 200 ml of boiling water over 2 tablespoons (10 g), heat in a water bath for 15 minutes. Cool, scoop out, fill up to 200 ml with boiled water, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
