Mint essential oil has a specific smell and effect due to the menthol contained in the essential oil. It is menthol that gives peppermint oil a cooling, stimulating, warming and refreshing effect. Used for home disinfection and aromatization, preparation of aromatic baths, steam baths, production of creams, lotions, sauna procedures.
Ingredients: mint (Mentha arvensis) essential oil.
Usage:
Room aromatization
Add 4-6 drops (15 m²) to an aroma lamp.
Inhalations
Hot: 2 drops, procedure duration 5 min.
Baths: mix 2-6 drops of oil with 1 tbsp. spoon (milk, honey, sea or table salt)
Sauna: 2-4 drops per 15 m² room.
Massage: mix 6 drops with 15 g of massage oil or cream.
Compresses 4-6 drops
Warnings: do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. For external use only!
Storage conditions: store in closed bottles, protected from direct sunlight, out of the reach of children, at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C.
